Entering an incorrect product key will result in activation errors for that product.
Note: Please ensure you are using the correct product key for the Autodesk product and version you are installing. Not to be confused with a lowercase L or a 1… Last year the product keys contained the letter H, this year it is an I (as in Infraworks). With the newest release of Autodesk 2017 products, we bring you a new list of Autodesk products keys. You may be asked to re-enter your serial number even though your activation information and subscription is current.

Product keys are required for installation of Autodesk products and are used to differentiate products that are both sold independently and as part of a product suite. A temporary system issue is impacting activation of LT products for some customers.
